The Winter sessions will be held virtually via Zoom beginning March 26th.

Any enrollment after March 26th will be registered for the Summer Sessions.

Discovery Session

Join us to learn the basics about the Diabetes Prevention Program!

We will discuss the program's background, structure, and the goals of the program.

Measurements and Materials

April 2, 2026

After attending the discovery session, come to Case Western Reserve University's Community House to grab your program materials and get measurements taken to track your progress! More details will be provided at the discovery session. 

Phase One: Session will be held once a week for the first 16 weeks
